This is me, Rob, and this is my website.

About me:

I am a marketing student at Penn State university but my real dream would be to study philosophy.  I am an average student and I am an active member of the men's lacrosse club here on campus.  In addition to my studies and my sports I also volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America and actually worked at a camp for them this past summer.  I am originally from Pittsburgh and graduated from Sewickley Academy, Go Panthers. Interests:

    Most likely my three biggest interests in the world would have to be philosophy, lacrosse, and computer games.  I have been an athlete ever since I was six years old playing soccer, basketball, lacrosse, wrestling, baseball, and all sort of variations of those.  My crowning achievement though in the field of athletics was being named an all-american, western PA all star, playing in the US all star game, and being an alternate for the 2003 team usa lacrosse team. 

    As far as my interest in philosophy goes I signed up for my first class because all the psycology classes were full and figured they would be about the same.  My proffesor for intro to philosophy was just an incredible teacher and I got really interested in continueing to study philosophy.  I took a couple more classes the next semester and in my free time I even wrote 20 pages as the begining of a thesis justifying all morality as relativism through historical circumstance and the predominating ethical theories of their time.  In the end though I was convinced that I could not do anything with a philosophy degree so I transferred to Behrend to study engineering.

    My third interest in computer games stems way back to when I was a little kid.  I have adhd and as a result of that I also tend to be easily addicted to things.  I remember playing nintendo for my first time in first grade and just being hooked to it, While I no longer really play console games I have been playing a certain online RPG for the last 9 years and I will occasionally try out a new real time strategy game like warcraft 3 or age of empires.
